Walnuts- Walnuts are rich in protein and healthy fats. Eating walnuts improves memory. Walnuts contain a type of omega-3 fatty acid also known as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). It lowers blood pressure and also protects the arteries. Walnuts are good for both heart and mind.
