The Batman, finally finished shooting: the movie with Robert Pattinson is over!

It took a little longer than expected and several release dates were changed to remedy the multiple interruptions, but in the end, the highly anticipated DC Film The Batman starring Robert Pattinson managed to complete filming. The director Matt Reeves himself thought about it, through the post published on his official page of the Twitter social network

Recall that it was a turbulent year, to say the least for The Batman, which has been able to conquer viewers since the first trailer presented this summer but which has since seen hard and raw: Matt Reeves' film was forced in fact to stop production on several occasions, at one point even because of its main star, Robert Pattinson, who tested positive at Covid. With a release date set for March 4, 2022, however, the production managed to conclude the work about a year in advance, perfectly in line with the standards of today's blockbusters.

The story is set during Bruce Wayne's second year as the Caped Crusader of Gotham City and will include the participation of several DC comic characters such as James Gordon, the Riddler, Catwoman, and the Penguin. Furthermore, the film represents only the first chapter of a franchise entirely curated by Reeves, which will immediately expand with an exclusive HBO Max TV series focusing on the Gotham Police Department, which could also include the appearance of some characters of the movie.

For other insights, a few days ago there were new rumors from the set that described The Batman as phenomenal.
