Director SS Rajamouli is ambitiously shooting the movie Roudhram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR) starring mega power star Ram Charan and Junior NTR heroes. The film is being produced by DVV Danayya with a huge budget. After 'Baahubali', the first film to be directed by Rajamouli, with two star heroes playing the roles of freedom fighters, the expectations on RRR is at a star level. The film is coming out on October 13 as a Dassehra gift. It has already been reported that the pre-release business is in full swing. A key announcement was made on Wednesday making this news come true.
Leading production house Lyca Productions has acquired the theatrical rights of the RRR movie for Tamil Nadu. This was announced by Lyca Productions via Twitter. Lyca Productions tweeted, "We are very proud to announce that we have acquired Tamil Nadu theatrical rights for Biggest Pan India film RRR." However, there are reports that Lyca Productions has paid a large sum of money to acquire the theatrical rights.
Tamil Nadu has reportedly bought the 'theatrical rights' for a whopping Rs 45 crore. However, paying such a large amount is not a big surprise. , ‘Bahubali 2’ directed by Rajamouli has collected about 78 crore shares in Tamil Nadu. That is why it seems that Lyca Productions has come forward to pay Rs 45 crore. And with huge expectations on RRR, 'collecting' Rs 45 crore is not a big deal.
